The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing a Maritime Oil Industry Advisory. Additionally, OFAC is issuing Russia-related General License 73, "Authorizing Limited Safety and Environmental Transactions Involving Certain Persons or Vessels."
