Bogotá D.C., 7 de julio de 2022. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, en su rol de autoridad única de competencia, sancionó a ALIANZA MAYORISTA S.A.S. (“ALIMA”), DISPRESCO S.A.S. (“DISPRESCO”) e INTERNACIONAL DE ABASTOS Y LICORES S.A.S. (“INTERLICORES”) luego de que esta Autoridad probara que estas se cartelizaron e implementaron un sistema que restringió la libre competencia en el mercado de distribución de los licores producidos por la FABRICA DE LICORES DE ANTIOQUIA (FLA) en el departamento de Antioquia, entre 2010 y 2022. En el mismo caso también fueron sancionadas cinco (5) personas naturales por haber ejecutado, autorizado o facilitado la conducta anticompetitiva.

WASHINGTON — Today, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned an international network of individuals and entities that has used a web of Gulf-based front companies to facilitate the delivery and sale of hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of Iranian petroleum and petrochemical products from Iranian companies to East Asia.
